Tirupati darshan ticket booking

Has anyone ever booked the tickets for Tirupati darshan successfully?

I tried booking for the senior citizen quota for my grandparents but the pdf upload window didn't open at all on my phone. So thinking of trying tomorrow for the special darshan quota. Should I do it from a laptop or mobile? Does it make any difference?
