Little girl imprisoned by her family

So my father's side relatives live beside us like we have houses in the same place, and one of them is my father's brother's house who is my "Taya". So my Taya has a granddaughter. She's like 11 years old. Her uncle (chachu, Taya ka chota beta) restrains her from going outside like at stores which are only a few steps away. He yells at her, and her mother if she ever goes out for no reason and her mother vent all her anger on that 11 year old.

Before, they had no problem where this little girl goes like she would come to our house or another relative's house at 11:00 pm and her family wouldn't have any issues with it, and they won't even stop her. She used to roam around the street since she was little. In fact, her family would ask her to bring things like cold drinks, lays etc. and they would let her have sleepovers in other relatives house.

But even since, she grew some height and she now looks a little bit older than her age. But she's not that curvy that would make her look old. She's normally growing. They have started restraining her, they wouldn't let her come to any relatives house. They would have a problem if she watches YouTube. They would have a problem if she is watching tv. They would have a problem if she's taking her pictures. They would always lecture her and complain that she doesn't do anything. She takes care of her younger sisters, and if she shows a little negligence like her sister is crying, her mother would yell crazily at her.

Her chachu who mostly has problems with her is the one who sends her to bring something from a store whenever he needs something but when she goes for herself or like bring something. He would get angry and start to yell at her. Her family would have problems with everything she does and now she talks about suicide, death etc.

I'm worried about her, she literally has zero self respect, like if you insult her she would just laugh and she has also become like a typical auntie who would judge what others do like if I'm watching my mobile peacefully and she comes to our house, she would say that I'm always on my phone. I don't do house chores and she would just keep saying these things. I mostly avoid saying anything to her but she gets annoying.
