Tarmac collector's guide - shows all releases?

I'm considering joining the Tarmac Club. It includes an annual collector's guide. Does this guide include all releases from Tarmac for the year? Are chases and specials included in the guide? Anything missing or I should know about before joining the Tarmac Club?

Thanks... I am moving away from Hot Wheels to join the big guys... :)
