I'm leaving the Playstation eco system after 30 years

That's it. I just need to say it somewhere. I am done. Far too expensive to just keep subscribing. Too much Nintendo thinking (we can get away with anything). Nope. No you can't. Losing me is insane. I would never have guessed this is what I'd be doing after all this time and money. But it's band aid removal and I'm ripping it off. My sub dies in November. I'm going to move all the saves I can to PC and enjoy free online gaming and endless sales. Console gaming has reached it's inevitable end. I appreciate not everyone will agree, especially not on this sub, but I hope this is a safe space to just vent this to the universe. I loved Playstation. I have all my consoles and they all still work. I have the best memories and I've made friends for life but the management of SONY don't care about any of that. Play has limits and they are becoming absolute.
