We need a collective to voice our issues!

Progress

This really needs our attention now.

• This time the judicial clerkship selection was and is still a mess.

• Haryana ADA mains is on 9th August and prelims result is still not out yet! And of course the syllabus change and exam were terrible.

• Jharkhand situation is just mind boggling, an exam cycle from 2023 is still pending and people have been caught from the commission.

• Rajasthan APO is coming up but we are still haunted by that 4 seat filling in previous exam cycle.

• The 3 year rule has messed up a lot of aspirants' lives and continues to keep everything uncertain, people are crossing age limits without exams.

• The practice route has been horrible in the experience of many freshers

• Vacancies and exams are not regular and they will become worse it seems and there is no dedicated institution to resolve these issues quickly, every recruitment just ends up in endless litigation.

• Then there are different gender, class, caste, mental health issues that need to be addressed as well

and these issues are just what I can remember now but the list goes on..

We highly need an organised body to raise our demands and seek timely management of recruitment process.

Maybe we can form our own collective because I don't know if Bar Associations or Councils will be willing to help.

We just keep letting out our frustration on public platforms which leads to no reform or positive end result and we are just stuck in this vicious cycle.
