Is Acura plastic surgery clinic in the Netherlands good for breast enlargement?

I live in Germany near the Dutch border and I’m considering Acura Medisch Centrum, a plastic surgery clinic in Weert, Limburg, for breast enlargement surgery. The Netherlands has strict medical regulations and a good reputation, and clinics near me in Germany are much more expensive. Do any of you have experience traveling for surgery, or specifically with Acura clinic?
