Has anyone ever tried to rescheduled interview for sp mad? If so did it work?

I have an interview for sp mad scc this Saturday morning but I also have exams for my religious class that I have at that timing. I already skipped my class the previous week to go for the aptitude test too. I already emailed sp mad and sent them a document that shows the timing of the exam. I emailed them like less then half an hour after recieving the email in the interview. I asked if they could reschedule on another day or in the afternoon.

How long will they take to reply, cus I do need a reply by tmrw. Also what are the chances that they'll allow me to reschedule the interview for this exam? I hope I don't sound too impatient or anything, just nervous
