With all my experience i made the stupid mistake of transferring $45 from my credit card using my old business paypal account to a new personal account that has never had a transaction hoping to transfer the money to mpesa so that i can buy an appliance. The money obviously got held 😩

So, i need your advice on what's the easiest way to get that money released, i have done all the required submissions but don't want to wait til September 3rd to get a resolution.

Has anyone done a refund, how long did it take?

Does anyone have a faster way?
