Just ordered the 1.5mg pill

Hi all, as the title suggests I have just placed my order and been approved for the 1.5mg wegovy pill. I have never taken any weight loss medication before so this is my first time.

I am currently a 28F height 5’4 and starting weight is 13.6st so I am obese on the BMI scale. My goal weight is around 10st.

I know to take them on an empty stomach but does anyone have any tips for me on what foods to eat/avoid, anything that might help any side effects I get. I’m a complete newbie so open to all suggestions and opinions before they get delivered
