Not sure about the best way to clear up skin

21 yo male struggling with with acne and discolouration/ blemishes since being 16-17 yo. Currently I only use Cerave hydrating cleanser. Sometimes I put on some cosrx aloe vera sunscreen… i also have some redness/ uneven tone on face. I’d like some help to figure out what products i should add to my routine to finally make some progress.
