Will seniors recommend doing ECE from IIITs?

I might get IIIT ECE in CSAB. I am worried that since IIITs are made for computer science related branches, will doing ECE from there be really worth it? Also many new IIITs are still developing and doesnot havepermanent campuses. Will these cause any problem?
