Help with a long and narrow build 22x6m

Hey, my dad is telling me to discard one rustic house that I would like to renovate, the main problem is that it is a narrow and long building,
Is it possible to build on a 22x6 meter space enough for one living area with dining, three bedrooms including big one, one small studio and two bathrooms, on a 22×6-metre plot? He says that even if I manage it would be super ugly, but I would like opinions from experts, thanks!
