Solar panels in property, but no microgeneration registered - how to navigate?

Hi, we recently bought a house that has solar panels and an inverter installed. I can see from the inverter display that it's generating electricity, but when we enquired with our provider, they said microgeneration wasn't registered for our MPRN.

Can someone advise how to navigate this? I believe the NC6 form has a section to be filled out by an electrician.
