Guy I just started talking to sent me a reel out of sudden

Okay, so we only started talking yesterday after we exchanged instagrams. He's not weird or something like that but he just sent a reel of a Minecraft meme and I'm not sure how to respond. The meme wasn't even that funny. Do I just react with a laughing emoji or do I ask him if he meant to send that? Would I sound mean? I have no idea because this is my first time talking to a guy and I'm cluelesssss.
