[TOMT] 90s/00s dance song

Pending

Hi, I've been miserably trying to think of this song for days and noone I know even thinks it exists 😭 it's I think a dance song, definitely upbeat and I think late 90s or early 00s? The start is a repeat of a reverb type noise (maybe a voice) going

woah oh ohhh, woah ohhh woah ohhhhhhhh

Then I think the song changes quite a bit for the main body of it. Please help me, I'm slowly going mad 😅 I've even recorded myself doing the part I remember I'm that desperate!
