Rudeus defenders are ridiculous (on Instagram at least)

Any video slandering or judging MT has a comment like "well other anime characters do this one thing Rudeus does why are they not judged?" Mf that's not the issue is RUDEUS IS DOING ALL OF IT. They're basically defending a Drug influenced smoking drunk driving lunatic that has a kid at the backseat by saying

"It's okay because this guy I know does drugs too"

"He's just smoking it's not that bad"

"It's just alcohol you're over reacting"

"That guy is driving faster than him why not talk about that" (the other guy is in a race car on a race track)

"He's driving with a kid at the back like all the other people" (that's not the issue)

Honestly ridiculous how they say he's peak character writing when all they can do is compare him to others.

Searched what type of action/people is this because it's mind boggling how they think like this.

what to describe people who defends someone by saying things like others do it too. even though the thing is bad and he does multiple bad things and the people they mention only do one specific of the many bad things that the one they are defending does.
