Base PS5 - worth to return?

I tried the game when it launched on ps5 and I will be honest I picked the bad starting ... character? The performance on base ps5 was also not great and in the end I just returned to warframe.

Im not big into live service games, specialy since I play on console, warframe is pretty much only live service game I have installed at all times. But I like to give free to play games a chance and if there is some improvement than Im ok with revisiting.

Now the big question is: How is the game right now? Is it worth to return? Or did it go more shitty way like many many live service cash grabs before?
