Partner Visa evidence

Hi everyone, myself (25F) and my partner (30M) are about to lodge an application for a partner visa soon. I am on a substantive visa currently, and we are both employed - he works in government and myself in the private sector. We have been together for 2 years, living together for 8 months. We were long distance for the majority of our relationship due to the nature of his job but explained this thoroughly on our respective statements. My partner was APS and (dropped a bombshell!) joined ADF 4 weeks after we got together. We started dating July 2024, he left for ADF August 2024, moved in together November 2025. So far have the following evidence lined up:

• Social:
  • Photos of us attending events together since 2024 - including photos of us during his ADF ceremonies
  • Wedding invitations from friends
  • A relationship timeline summary inclusive of holidays, social gatherings with friends and family - with pictures
  • 3 x 888 forms (two from his friends, one from my former housemate)
  • Hotel and car hire receipts for 1 Sydney trip, 1 Tasmania trip, 3 Melbourne trips, 1 Wagga Wagga trip, and 2 trips to our home location (2024-2025) in both our names
  • Pre-booked tickets for September 2026 trip to our home location
  • My one-way ticket to our current location
• Financial:
  • Bank statements from joint savings account since opening (April 2024)
  • Bank statements from joint everyday account since opening (April 2024)
  • Utility bills - one in each our name (also explained that they were both previously under my name as his job required no comms for weeks at times)
  • Car loan in his name for a car in both our names
  • Car insurance in both our names
  • Car rego in both our names
• Household:
  • Written statement regarding how household responsibilities are shared
  • Lease agreement and RTA receipt in both our names
  • Weekly grocery receipts compiled since our first week of living together (Nov 2025 to July 2026)
  • Appliances and furniture receipts addressed in each of our names for our current residence
  • 2 ADF signed documents approving his request to live off base and move in together
• Commitment:
  • Individual statements discussing our 4 pillars in more detail (approx 10-12 pages each)
  • 4 ADF signed documents indicating I am next of kin, emergency contact, and accompanied resident family member
  • Scanned copies of our handwritten letters and postcards to each other during his initial military training period
  • Civil Partnership certificate
  • Relationship highlights document presenting pictures from key dates through our relationship (Christmas with both our families, holidays, moving in together, etc.)

I have a copy of our entire text history in PDF form but still trying to find a way to compress it. Not very easy to compress over 2,700 pages of texts unfortunately, but I don't imagine that the entire history would be necessary. I will try and include, at the very least, the text history during our first 3 months together.

Any thoughts on this please? Thanks heaps in advance.
