D10 larox farmer whisper

I heard that a rouge class allows them to specifically target the lowest HP target, so I checked but that ability is locked behind the active not the passive.

So I thought of a war doctrine whisper to get him to use INT items so I can use the active as often as possible while maintaining good dmg.

My question are,

Is this viable? I haven't tested it out

How high can I realistically get it's mana? 50 is impossible no? But 34 should be possible

Can it solo larox? Probably not but I can probably skip out on a healer with a bloodthirsty pet, maybe 2 of these will be enough to farm larox consistently?
