Do i have no other choice but to downgrade to 1.4 to Enjoy Forbidden west

I have been playing forbidden west on 1.5.8 and i am experiencing micro shutters whenever i pan camera fast or while i am riding a mount or while fighting multiple machines i have msi Afterburner set up i don't see any Fps drop nor any framtime drop both are exactly 60 and 16.6 ms ,(i locked at 60 with rivatuner and have gsync) i have no what is causing this issue and the feels very annoying while fighting machines( i have researched and tried everything but no success so far.Any help would be appreciated.i dont see to find its root cause and came to conclusion that this version is responsible for that
