DIB Auto Finance approval time

I have applied for an auto finance on July 11 and my agent is very unresponsive in updates.

Last response from my agent was on July 18 when they requested my vehicle evaluation, when i asked them if this means i got the approval they said no not yet.

i submitted the evaluation on July 21 and still no reply
