How has Grok AI not been banned permanently yet?

That rich asshole's AI has done nothing but make things worse! This is the same AI that praised Hitler AND generated tons of inappropriate images of real people, including minors. The AI has little to no limits and it's barely safe. Depending on the way it's used, it could be even dangerous to your mental health, especially considering people today spend a lot of time talking to chatbots.

The only reason i could think of is that, unfortunately, the harsh truth is that rich people get away with everything all the time, especially billionaires like Elon Musk. No matter what shit they might do, they rarely get in real trouble.
