Is there really no way to appeal an Auditor decision?

Hey everyone.

I've been tasking for some days, getting consistently "exceptional" ratings with some "good" in between.

Today I saw I had two unacceptable ratings, one was with no rationale or comment by the auditor, only a blank comment page, on a task I am 100% I did correctly. The other one I believe was too harsh, but it could be argued against me there.

I tried talking to the support team and the bot just tells me "soz lol get rekt".

It's pretty unnerving, I had an overall score of 4 which went down to 3.6.

Do I just have to passively accept this, or is there any way to try and challenge the decision?
