Back at it

I have just recently got back into playing guitar after having about 5 years or off from lack of motivation and life.
Because of this, my acoustic has some lovely crusty old strings, and now with a snapped high e string.
My question is, what is the go to set of guitar strings for acoustic these days?
I used to always use Ernie Balls for both electric and acoustic. Honestly never had an issue with them, but are there any new brands/ manufacturers making some great strings i should check out and try, or should I just stick to what I know?
