Wrongly Accused of Selling Counterfeit Shoes and Permanently Banned

Has anyone else had a terrible experience with Vinted?
Within about a month of joining, my account was permanently banned after I had sold six pairs of shoes. Every single buyer left excellent reviews and was happy with their purchase. I had spent hours photographing, listing and uploading my items, only for all that time and effort to be wiped out overnight.
The reason? Vinted accused me of listing a counterfeit pair of shoes. I know this is completely false because I bought my shoes from genuine sources, including Nike outlets and authorised retailers. I explained this in multiple appeals and asked for the decision to be properly reviewed, but every single appeal was rejected. It honestly felt as though no human being had looked at the evidence and that I was just receiving automated responses.
I’m genuinely disgusted by the way Vinted has handled this. A genuine seller with nothing but positive feedback can apparently be permanently banned based on an allegation, with no meaningful investigation and no fair opportunity to prove their case. The whole appeals process feels completely one sided and deeply flawed.
Has anyone here actually managed to get their permanently banned Vinted account reinstated after being wrongly accused of selling counterfeit items? If so, how did you manage it? Is there any way to get a real person to properly review the case instead of receiving what seem to be automated responses?
