Has anyone had one family member’s German Schengen visa delayed while the others were approved?

Experience

My retired parents and infant applied together for German Schengen visas in the same appointment group. My mother and infant have already received their passports with visas, but my father’s passport has not yet been dispatched.
Both parents submitted essentially the same set of documents. In fact, my father submitted additional financial and property documents, while my mother is a homemaker with only a joint bank account. I’m sponsoring the entire trip, and the same sponsorship documents were included for all applications.
On the EES portal, my mother and infant show “Stay OK”, but my father shows “Not OK.”
Has anyone experienced something similar where one family member’s passport was delayed or the EES status was different, but the visa was eventually issued? Is this a common occurrence, or should I be concerned?
Thanks in advance for any experiences.
