Is it mandatory for 1% risk per trade rule?

Hi, i funded 100k swing account on FTMO. Is it strictly applicable 1% risk per trade rule mandatory. I opened 3 position on scale in step by step. There was 2000+- floating loss and one position was 1100+- floating loss. However i closed all in profit. So my question is, Is it okay with the account
