Unexpectedly pregnant. BF says he would support me regardless but his own preference is to terminate. What do I do?
Been with my bf less than half a year. We are both in our mid 30s with well paid jobs and promising careers. It's been a shock to both of us because I was on BC and never missed a pill. I've gone through a rollercoaster of emotions since finding out I am pregnant and while it is scary and I am aware how much life will change if we have this baby, part of me is excited and I feel like maybe it was meant to be. Bf has been supportive and said whatever I choose, we will make it work and while he wants me to consider his preference, he doesn't want me to have an abortion just because he wants to which is very considerate. However, it feels morally wrong to keep the baby given than he never once felt himself that we should keep it. If he was at least on the fence or unsure it would be a different story. So now I feel stuck in my decision making process. I know I'd have his support but is this the right way to start a family? His biggest fear is that we'll break up and we'll never be able to have the nuclear family he's always wanted. I really don't know what to do.
