Europe-based treatment?

Questions

New here, seeing a lot of beautiful stories/journeys but most seem US-based, and I can’t relate as the access to specialists/medications are different to what I’m used to. I can’t seem to find resources in the Middle East and have been on a “clinic tour” in Switzerland to find specialists but it’s not working out either. Everyone wants to start from scratch and I’m over the repetition followed by “this is complicated”.

Would love to know if anyone in Europe/Asia has sought treatment and what their experience was? Or have you tried online/telehealth?

I’ve been in nausea/motion sickness for 20 years, started when I was 14. Only did something about it this year with testing and diagnosing when my flare got too hard to handle (and being better equipped at self advocating)

I only have access to general neurologists/ENTs back home, they tried treating with meds and it made it 100x worse, now it’s officially a vestibular migraine with all symptoms in tow. I’m physically weak and entering my second month of unpaid leave. In my mind, this is a blessing and a bigger determination to find a solution.
