Abused me, found a new one in a day

Yeah, I’m not going in too deep because it’s triggering. My ex abused me severely and I escaped the relationship. And instantly he suddenly has a new girl whom he walks down town with half naked. WEARING MY JEWELLERY HE STOLE. ITS BEEN 6 DAYS!
I am worried about her, she has BPD and is struggling… perfect victim, fuck.
What do I think about this? I blocked him and everyone involved with him everywhere but still have my phone off Bc sometimes my friends tell me things, I told them to stop..
