some keys stop responding when pc under load

hi recently my pc (laptop) asus rog strix g531g that i bought used 2 or 3 years ago started doing this thing where certain keys stop responding when i boot up a game or goes under load by a program. (mexican keyboard)

can anyone help me with this? its quite annoying... i have replaced paste a few months ago with arctic mx4, temps are usually 60° for gpu and 70° cpu tested with msi afterburner.

-intel i5 9300h
-gtx1650
-ddr4 24gb (i added a 16gb stick to the original 8gb)
-nvme 240gb (os)
-sata 1tb (storage)
