Pay Band Deloitte T&T Sr Consultant (BA Track)

Hi everyone,
I am currently interviewing for a Senior Consultant role in Deloitte India (Shared Services LLP) under the Technology & Transformation (T&T) practice, specifically in the Business Analysis (BA) track, based in Bengaluru. (Currently at hometown, have to relocate to bengaluru)

I have around 5.5 years of experience, primarily in , Business Analysis with Current CTC as 11 LPA
I am trying to understand the current compensation band for this role.

If anyone has recent insights, could you please share:
Typical fixed CTC range
Variable pay percentage
Joining bonus (if applicable)
Expected range for someone with 5 to 6 years of experience
