What’s your favourite room upgrade?

Hi all. Just curious what’s your favourite room upgrade? (Note: not asking what is the most valuable or best return on investment upgrade but which room upgrade you like best personally. )

Mine is Sales. Getting your item value up feels so good.
Love to hear everyone’s thoughts. Happy mining!!!
