Hey Xiaomi Fans! 👋

We’re opening up moderator applications to bring fresh faces onto the r/XiaomiGlobal team. If you're passionate about Xiaomi, HyperOS, and keeping this community friendly, organized, and helpful, we'd love to have you apply.

What we look for:

• Active members who know their way around Xiaomi devices and troubleshooting.
• Calm, unbiased, and fair individuals who can handle heated discussions or heavy-traffic events (like launches and updates) with ease.
• Team players willing to review content, handle modmail, and enforce rules consistently.

Requirements:

• A reliable Reddit account in good standing.
• Ability to dedicate a little time weekly to mod duties (we're flexible!).
• Willingness to learn our tools, follow mod ethics, and communicate via mod chat.
