Symptoms you don't know how to decribe

Does anyone have symptoms that they struggle to explain/describe? Thought it could be helpful for each other. The easier we can describe things to Dr's the better, right?

Saw someone describe a weird ear thing like their inner ear muscles twitching....which I have had for years and years but would have never thought to describe it that way. I always thought it was like a butterfly trying to escape my ear.

I have a strange neck/head thing that I can only describe as a feeling of disassociated but physically, not mentally. It's not an accurate description but I can't find the words for anything else. Hope this thread will help me.
