The 2026 Salesforce job market: what are you actually seeing out there?

There's a lot of noise about the Salesforce job market right now. Bootcamps say it's booming. LinkedIn says it's dead. Both have something to sell.

I'd rather build the real picture from the people living it. If you're job hunting: how long has the search run, what's getting interviews, what's getting silence? If you're hiring: what separates the resume you call from the two hundred you don't? If you changed careers into the ecosystem in the last two years: what would you tell someone starting today?

My own read, from teaching and mentoring: the market rewards evidence over badge counts. A documented project beats a fourth certification. That's an observation, not a statistic, and I'd like to know where it holds and where it doesn't.

Ground rules per the sidebar: real timelines, real numbers if you have them with sources, no bootcamp-bashing by name, no doom spirals.

What are you seeing?
