Is there such a thing as a survivorship clause on joint bank accounts in Scotland?

I have a power of attorney on two bank accounts of my mother in different banks. If I survive her is the power of attorney enough to have any money transferred to my bank account or should she put me as a joint account holder with a survivorship clause or does that not exist in Scotland?
