So he's desperate, and he just made a huge gamble that clearly is not gonna pay off. He voluntarily disenrolled from the CHC waiver so that he can try to enroll on the ODP waiver. The ODP waiver is for ppl with severe disabilities and he's not gonna get it. He's already been denied that in the past. Classic amdy....Gets his own apartment away from Tom and the buse, gets caretakers to feed him and take him for walks and whatever else, but they wouldn't change his filthy, disgusting diapers, so he threw it all away. He's gonna get exactly what he deserves, which is nohting.
