How do I get stubhub tickets into my ticketmaster account?

hi i purchased second hand tickets from stubhub for olivia rodrigo’s concert in november, from what ive heard about stubhub, i thought you are supposed to get the tickets into your ticketmaster account pretty quickly, otherwise its a scam? is this wrong? i haven’t received an email or any tickets into my ticketmaster account, and it says that it could take up to the day of the concert which feels like a non-guarantee. any advice? sorry, if some of this seems like common sense i just want to make sure through people who have experience with this.
