My ex broke up with me after discovering my findom kink… now I’ve sent her $10k this year alone

Not really sure if anyone else has been in a situation like this, but I figured I’d throw it out there and see what people think.

A couple of years ago I dated a girl for a while, and things were honestly really good. Eventually she found out I was into findom (financial domination) and ended things pretty fast. I can’t really blame her. It’s definitely not everyone’s thing, and I never brought it up while we were together because I was terrified she’d react exactly like that.

A few months after we broke up, she randomly texted me one night and asked, “Why didn’t you ever just tell me you were into findom?”
I told her the truth. I said I was scared I’d lose her if I did, and I guess I ended up losing her anyway.

Her response completely caught me off guard. She said I should’ve trusted her enough to be honest instead of hiding it. Then she told me I kind of owed her for that… and had me send her an “apology tribute.”

I sent it.

The next morning she asked for a coffee send, and somehow it just… never stopped. Since the beginning of 2026 I’ve sent her a little over $10,000.

What’s funny is watching how much she’s changed. At first she seemed curious about it more than anything. Now she’s completely leaned into it. She’ll tease me with pictures, joke about the other guys she’s seeing, make little rules for me, and recently even told me she wants more people sending to her.

I think what keeps me hooked is that it doesn’t feel like the typical online findom dynamic. There aren’t any platforms involved. It’s just us. We already had history together, and this kind of evolved naturally after we broke up, which makes it feel way more personal.
That said… I also realize this whole thing sounds pretty crazy when I step back and think about it.
