Rope Access in Germany

Hello everyone. I'm considering to move to Germany, and I have a few questions for rope access technicians working there.

I'm planning to get IRATA certified, but I don't have any experience working on this. Could I get a job without experience (but certified)?

Do companies usually provide the equipment, or am I expected to have my own gear?

I do speak german (between B1 and B2), and already lived in Munich for a year, as an exchange student. Thanks in advance!
