New Amazon reviews system is hiding bad reviews.

Have yall seen how the new set up works? You go down to the stars section, and you used to be able to click on the certain star level to view those reviews, but not anymore. Tried just scrolling through all of them to find any ones that were tallied as one or two star but no go. After you get through about ten reviews it lets you know that that’s all they are showing you and to click on the link to REQUEST to view more. After you click on it, it just tells you you’ll get an email in the next 5 business days. Email about what? What is that bs??
