Moonlight Ball + Nokturna issue?

EVERY time the Moonlight Ball starts and I try to play Nokturna with someone, and I do mean EVERY time, the game freezes. Doesn’t matter who I’m trying to play with, does it every time. And it’s a shame because the moonlight ball is a great opportunity to play since everyone is together in 1 place. Does anyone else have this issue? Tbh I’m willing to bet it’s just my Nintendo switch because it’s kinda old.
