Unsolicited family comments about looking gaunt

Went home for a family dinner after losing 35 pounds and the first thing my aunt said was that my face looked tired and drained. It immediately ruined my mood after working so hard to get healthy. How do you guys gracefully shut down passive aggressive family comments about your weight loss?
