Any hope for people without ECs aiming for Engineering

I'll be in grade 12 this September and I have absolutely no extracurriculars. I don't even have all my volunteer hours yet either. I think it's too late to join sports because I'm no good. I can't join DECA, HOSA, or debate because I suck at speaking. Robotics is out as well since I can't code.

Is anyone else also experiencing this or have? AM I COOKED?
