Erm, am I an idiot wasting 90 summons on Destined banner and not getting anything?

I think I don’t understand how summoning works at all in SoC 😭

The banner info shows that I still have 7 summons to get a legendary unit but it also says rate-up guaranteed in 90 summons?? Helwp
