Hairstylist recommendations

Hi all, thanks in advance for the replies. I recently moved to Tacoma and I am looking for a new regular stylist to get to know me and my hair. I am looking for a cut and maybe some conditioning treatments. My hair is fine, semi-thick, and nearly down to my hips in length. I'm looking for someone who won't cut too much off and know how to work with very long hair, as I've spent years growing it out. My last stylist would get down on her knees to trim the ends of my hair, and I'm looking for that kind if attention and effort again. Thanks again!
