Kobalt 24” Mower- bagging is horrible

I have had a Kobalt 24v mower for a couple years and it is horrible at bagging grass. I switched out the blade for a bagging blade but it just doesn’t pick up the grass. Maybe 50% of what my gas did. Is the is common electric mower issue or did I just mess up and needed a higher voltage? I am not sure what to look for when suction is my priority. Any suggestions?
