Sapa September Itinerary

Hi! We're planning to visit Sapa on September on these specific dates but sadly, the monorail and the cable car is closed on those days. Any suggestions on what to change/add to our itinerary? We don't want to do the summit trekking because we want to maximize the days. Thanks!
