Need paper recommendations for correspondence and handwriting practice.

I've been hunting for the right type of paper to use with my dip pens and fountain pens. A lot of the modern paper is pretty useless to be honest. I have bought some fancy paper in the past but some of it is pretty steep in price. I'm looking for brand recommendations for stuff you use and like that is also not astronomically priced. I'm basically looking for paper that is smooth and ni s won't get hung on, and paper that does not bleed through or feather when using wet nibs....within reason obviously. Any advice?
